The office building will not be a speculative one.
We are open to talk to potential tenant, office broker and investment fund to build a specific office building according to their needs. We are also open to office building owner who want to use the building as their office, or office building owner who want to expand their building portfolios. At last, if someone insists on using the site to design and later build their own building, the option will be considered as well.
